Description
Phonic is hiring a Platform Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability systems, and internal tooling that support its real-time voice AI platform. The role owns reliability, performance, SLOs, incident response, and developer experience at scale, while partnering with backend engineers and researchers. Candidates should have cloud infrastructure and containerization experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, and a record of improving reliability and performance in high-throughput systems.
