Description
Span is hiring a Platform Engineer to build internal developer platforms, AI-powered tooling, automation, and self-service infrastructure for engineering teams. The role focuses on improving developer experience, reducing operational overhead, automating platform operations and incident response with LLMs and AI agents, and partnering with engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability. The position requires experience with platform engineering, developer infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or internal tooling, along with systems thinking and familiarity with TypeScript, NestJS, React, Python, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Airbyte, Dagster, AWS, and Kubernetes.
