Description
Ticket Tailor is hiring a full-time Platform Engineer to own and improve its AWS infrastructure, including MySQL, Aurora, ECS, Cloudflare, and Terraform-managed systems. The role covers infrastructure design, tooling, reliability, observability, migrations, upgrades, incident response, troubleshooting, and production operations, while collaborating closely with product and other platform engineers. Candidates should have deep AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience, strong database and containerization knowledge, and familiarity with AI and agentic tools; the role is hybrid-remote with two office days per week in Hackney and is open to mid- or senior-level candidates.
