Description
Valence is hiring a full-time Platform Engineer to build and operate secure, reliable, and scalable shared platform primitives for its AI-native enterprise coaching platform. The role covers authorization and routing guardrails, secure logging, rollout controls, observability, queue infrastructure, centralized LLM gateways, CI/CD gates, progressive delivery, rollback automation, security guardrails, global delivery controls, SLOs, incident response, and an internal developer platform. Candidates need 8+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, infrastructure, or platform/SRE roles, along with cloud, containerization, orchestration, security, and reliability expertise. The role is hybrid for candidates based in New York City or Toronto and otherwise remote.
