Description
The Platform Engineer will build, secure, and automate an enterprise data platform on cloud and Databricks. Responsibilities include maintaining Databricks workspaces and cloud infrastructure, supporting data replication and file-based ingestion, managing job scheduling and orchestration, building GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and providing monitoring, alerting, incident support, and compliance reporting. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps, and proficiency with Python, Bash/Shell scripting, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Databricks.
