Mastercard is hiring a Platform Engineer II to support and scale its Generative AI and Copilot platform capabilities. The role involves building and maintaining AI and Copilot solutions, integrations, automation, and reusable engineering components; troubleshooting platform issues; supporting internal developers; creating technical documentation; and delivering training and developer enablement. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 2–5 years of relevant technical experience, and experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation, or application integrations.
