Citi is hiring a full-time SVP – Platform Engineering Lead based in Pune to provide hands-on engineering leadership and technical governance across its enterprise Data and Reporting landscape. The role owns the platform engineering strategy, rationalizes data virtualization, APIs, reporting engines, and AI-enabled capabilities, establishes unified semantic and metric standards, modernizes BI infrastructure, and leads a global team of platform engineers, data architects, and reporting developers. It requires advanced Java and enterprise Java expertise, data federation and query optimization knowledge, AI-assisted development experience, and at least 12–15 years of progressive software, platform, or data architecture experience, including at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership or principal architecture.
