Anyscale is hiring an Engineering Leader to guide the vision and technical direction of its Infrastructure, SRE, and Enterprise Governance Engineering teams. The role oversees distributed systems components including cluster launchers, cloud providers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, control and data planes, reliability, billing, and production databases, while working with customers and field engineering. Candidates should have engineering management experience, a record of scaling teams, strong distributed systems knowledge, Kubernetes and VM experience, execution ability, prioritization skills, and effective communication.
