Description
The Platform Engineering Manager leads a cross-functional platform team while owning production reliability, bug management, observability, shared engineering infrastructure, quality engineering, and stakeholder coordination for a SaaS product. The role includes people management, hiring, performance development, risk and compliance oversight, and QHSE responsibilities, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related technical experience, and five years in a people management or technical lead role.
