Precisely is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team focused on developer experience and productivity. The role combines hands-on engineering with people leadership, driving CI/CD and internal developer tooling roadmaps, building self-service developer experiences, planning capacity, designing architecture patterns, developing AI-powered platform tooling, and coaching engineers. The manager will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product, lead globally distributed teams, and apply AI tools and large-language-model workflows to improve platform operations.
