Zocdoc is hiring a remote Engineering Manager for its Platform Engineering team to lead one or more teams building and maintaining developer-facing platforms, tooling, and shared services. The role owns team delivery, roadmap execution, system architecture, code quality, developer experience, reliability, incident response, hiring, and technical coaching, while working with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners. Candidates need at least seven years of platform, infrastructure, or software engineering experience, including two years of dedicated technical leadership, along with expertise in developer platforms, CI/CD, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. The position offers a remote work environment, health benefits, retirement matching, paid leave, and a base salary range of $210,000 to $270,000 USD.
