Description
Basis Technologies is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager (SRE) in Bracknell, United Kingdom, with a remote or hybrid arrangement requiring at least two days per week in the office. Reporting to the VP Engineering, the role owns reliability and platform engineering for Klario and the Private Cloud estate, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, incident management, SLOs, error budgets, and customer platform support. The manager will transition support from external specialists to a permanent team, recruit and develop Platform Engineers and SREs, and establish hands-on SRE practices across cloud products. The role requires a proven track record running 24/7 customer-facing cloud products, strong SRE expertise, hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, and experience with CI/CD, build and release, and infrastructure automation.
