XTB is hiring a Team Leader to lead its Platform Engineering team, which builds internal developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, self-service tools, and DevOps integrations. The role combines hands-on platform engineering with team management, including technical standards, architecture collaboration, issue resolution, mentoring, and community building. Candidates need several years of experience as a senior developer, tech lead, architect, or platform engineer, plus formal team-management experience and expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, GitLab, and related platform technologies. The position offers remote work from the Warsaw office or a coworking space.
