Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – APD Platform Execution to support the development and execution of vehicle platform derivatives. The role collaborates with Product Development and manufacturing core teams on build sequences, installation processes, tooling, facility layouts, assembly feasibility, manufacturing requirements, and launch lessons learned. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of vehicle assembly experience, virtual 3D tool experience, PFMEA knowledge, and strong communication and project-management skills. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work at Ford hubs, and offers a base salary range of $84,480–$166,200.
