Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – APD Platform Execution to support the development and execution of vehicle platform derivatives. The role collaborates with Product Development and manufacturing core teams on build sequences, installation processes, tooling, facility layouts, assembly feasibility, manufacturing requirements, and lessons learned, using tools such as Active Workspace, TeamCenter, Vault, and AutoCAD. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of vehicle assembly experience, and experience in a virtual 3D environment; vehicle launch, tooling implementation, and PFMEA experience are preferred. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work at Ford hubs, and offers a base salary range of $84,480–$166,200.
