Description
The role supports a web application used for data collection in mystery shopping by administering the application, setting up projects, scripting questionnaires, and coordinating with more than 40 countries. It requires English at B2 level, native Ukrainian, knowledge of the shopmetrix application, data interpretation, attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position requires secondary vocational education, operates on a single-shift basis, and provides 20 hours per week under an Agreement to Perform Work.
