Description
Arcadia Science is seeking a Platform Fellow for a 3-month fellowship on its Platform team. The fellow will apply probabilistic modeling, statistics, machine learning, and evolutionary biology methods to a defined computational research project, independently manage and document workflows, troubleshoot analyses, and openly publish the resulting data, code, and methods. The role is intended for scientists in the final stages of a PhD or postdoctoral training and requires strong Python and/or R programming, with bash and version control familiarity, plus experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, or phylogenetics.
