Axon is hiring a Platform Firmware Engineer to design and develop firmware for AIoT infrastructure, robotics, camera products, and related hardware. The role covers embedded Linux and Android, microcontrollers, RF technologies, power management, manufacturing provisioning, testing, board bring-up, hardware debugging, and collaboration with engineering and vendor teams. It is based four days per week in Seattle or Scottsdale and requires a relevant engineering degree and 8–14 years of industry firmware or embedded experience. The base pay range is $141,000–$225,600 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans.
