LeadStack Inc. is hiring a Platform Implementation Manager for a six-month, primarily remote role based near its San Francisco corporate hub. The position manages onboarding and implementation of Online Ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card programs for small- and medium-sized merchants, coordinates with sales, account management, and internal teams, troubleshoots technical issues, educates merchants, and collects product feedback. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, and/or account management, along with strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical troubleshooting skills.
