Description
Emergent is hiring for a platform/infrastructure role focused on keeping its autonomous coding agent platform reliable, scalable, and observable in production. The role involves managing Kubernetes-based distributed systems across GCP and AWS, using GitOps with ArgoCD, operating CDN/edge infrastructure with Cloudflare, owning observability and incident response with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, New Relic, and PagerDuty, and developing Kubernetes controllers/operators and internal tooling to support AI agent workloads. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of software/platform engineering experience, strong Go or Python skills, deep Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge, and experience with databases, messaging systems, networking, Linux, and observability.
