SpaceX is hiring a Platform Integrity Manager, also known internally as Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Manager, to detect, disrupt, and investigate misuse of its service, including scams, fraud, illicit goods, and other illicit activities. The role involves assessing platform risks, developing and deploying solutions, conducting investigations, supporting legal and compliance reviews, and balancing enforcement with customer privacy. It requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years without a degree, along with experience in data querying, scripting, geospatial tools, statistical software, and illicit-operator investigations. The position is based onsite in Hawthorne, California, requires travel as needed, and offers a base salary of $135,000 to $200,000 plus benefits.
