FINN is hiring a Platform Lead to own and operate production cloud infrastructure while guiding a small, growing Platform team. The role is 70–80% hands-on technical work across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, security, messaging, and multi-cloud infrastructure, with 20–30% people leadership including mentoring, code review, technical direction, and hiring support. It requires 7+ years of DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering experience and offers a fully remote arrangement with overlap to Asia timezones.
