TalentFish is hiring a Platform Leader to oversee the technology platform and vendors for newly acquired wealth-management firms. The role owns end-to-end migrations from legacy CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client-portal systems to the organization’s standard advisor platform, builds repeatable migration playbooks, validates data accuracy, coordinates internal and vendor teams, and serves as the primary contact for acquired-firm leadership and operations. It is an onsite role requiring two days per week in the Loop, with a direct-hire compensation range of 145,000–150,000 per year and health insurance among the benefits.
