FreedomPay is hiring a Platform Operations Analyst to maintain the health, availability, and reliability of its production commerce platforms. The role monitors services, investigates and escalates issues, troubleshoots failed jobs, creates alerts, documents procedures, and collaborates with infrastructure and development teams. It is based in an employee’s home office in Arizona or Nevada, requires a Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–1:00 AM ET shift with rotating weekend coverage, and offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage.
