Wordbee is hiring a full-time Platform Operations & Support Engineer to maintain and improve its SaaS localization platform. The role combines DevOps and operations work—monitoring, incident response, runbook execution, infrastructure hardening, and reliability improvements—with L1 client support for enterprise customers. The engineer will use AI tools to monitor, investigate, and enhance the platform, work on-site in Cebu, and report to the DevOps Lead while collaborating with the Support team.
