Pico is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to maintain the security, stability, and performance of their internal infrastructure and client trading platforms. This customer-facing role involves investigating and resolving OS, platform, and hardware issues impacting client trading services, ensuring systems run optimally and meet SLAs. The engineer will act as a second-line support specialist, owning incident resolutions, conducting root cause analyses, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
