Description
RapidFort is hiring a Platform Operations Engineer to provide first-line operational support for its SaaS platform. The role covers monitoring, alert response, deployments, builds, operational requests, troubleshooting, incident escalation, and follow-the-sun coverage across India and Europe, with scheduled European shifts and an on-call rotation. Candidates need hands-on Linux and Kubernetes experience, familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, observability, and related infrastructure tools, and approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience. The position is 100% remote in the United Kingdom and requires existing UK work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
