Description
The Platform Operations Engineer, Caching Services, will operate and maintain enterprise Redis and distributed caching platforms in production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health and performance, troubleshooting incidents, executing upgrades and recovery procedures, developing Ansible and scripting automation, documenting operational processes, and collaborating with engineering and application teams. The role is fully onsite in Round Rock, Texas, pays $40.00–$43.00 per hour, and is anticipated to close on October 9, 2026.
