Cresta is hiring a Platform Product Designer to design horizontal frameworks and shared capabilities for its AI customer-experience platform, including frontend libraries, internationalization, identity and access management, user management, accessibility, data and metadata, integrations, login flows, notifications, privacy, and developer tools. The role focuses on scalable, self-servable, customizable platforms rather than point solutions, requiring systems thinking, technical fluency, UX expertise, and experience with large-scale B2B or enterprise platforms.
