Description
Apple is hiring a Program Manager to lead the operational rollout and partner adoption of new platform capabilities across its Apple services partnerships. The role owns end-to-end onboarding and launch operations for billing-platform features, including subscription bundling, tier upgrades, multi-country configurations, CIP-to-direct migration flows, production verification testing, blocker resolution, intake prioritization, governance, and process automation. It requires 8+ years of technical program or operations management experience with complex partner-facing integrations, subscription lifecycle and API knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, commerce, legal, and regional operations teams.
