Description
Gorgias is hiring a Platform Security Engineer to support its security program alongside the SRE and engineering leadership. The role owns cloud and Kubernetes security, secure-by-default platform guardrails, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code hardening, secrets management, networking, logging and monitoring, runtime detection, incident response, SIEM improvement, authentication and privileged access, and SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR/PII compliance. Candidates should have at least five years of infrastructure, cloud, or security engineering experience, strong GCP and Kubernetes expertise, and experience with policy-as-code, detection and response, and compliance frameworks.
