Description
The Platform Security Engineer will design, build, and operate security frameworks, controls, tooling, and automation for a Kubernetes-based multi-cloud developer platform serving Apple Pay, Wallet, Payments, Transit, Access, and Identity products. The role partners with platform, product, and infrastructure engineering teams to embed security throughout development, conduct threat modeling, lead security incidents and post-incident reviews, and champion secure-by-default practices. It requires 5+ years of platform security or related infrastructure and application development experience, Go, Kotlin/Java, and Spring Framework expertise, along with a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
