Brain Co. is hiring a Platform Security Engineer to build production guardrails for AI agents that operate on sensitive government, healthcare, and enterprise data. The role focuses on scoped credentials, data-access boundaries, tool-call validation, audit trails, detection and containment of agent failures, reusable guardrail libraries and SDKs, developer experience, and measurement of guardrail effectiveness. Candidates need 5–8 years of software engineering experience, strong general-purpose programming skills, production AI-agent knowledge, data-protection fundamentals, cloud experience, and comfort designing systems used by other engineers.
