Cook Children’s is hiring a Platform Systems Engineer for its Technology Services department at the Rosedale Office Building. The role provides engineer-level technical and group support for platform infrastructure, including Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, Ivanti, Windows servers and desktops, cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, security, configuration management, disaster recovery, and customer-facing problem resolution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of direct IT experience, an associate’s degree with four years, or a high school diploma with six years, plus an applicable information technology certification or one obtained within six months of employment.
