Netlight is hiring a full-time Platform Team Lead to lead a small, senior platform team responsible for cloud landing zones, AI tooling, monitoring, CI/CD, and service-catalogue capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role combines engineering management, product management, operational oversight, roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and team development. It requires at least three years of experience leading software-engineering teams, working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform, the ability to work from a Netlight office at least three days per week, and fluency in English.
