Atera is hiring a Platform Tech Lead for its Platform Engineering team to shape the internal platform supporting R&D teams. The role involves leading technical decisions, designing scalable cloud infrastructure and microservices, building backend services and developer platforms, and mentoring engineers. It requires hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core or Java, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, databases, and AI-assisted development, along with strong architectural, communication, and testing skills.
