Fralock is hiring a full-time, on-site Plating Operator in Milpitas, California, working a second or swing shift at $25.00–$29.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential. The role operates and maintains PCB plating equipment and processes, including electroless and electrolytic copper, tin, gold, ENIG, etching, resist stripping, co-bra bond, and hot air levelling solder. Responsibilities include reviewing product flow, maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, preparing and transferring chemicals, using computer interfaces, and supporting lower-level employees. The position requires 3–5 years of PCB manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, hazardous communication training, and the ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
