Description
Black Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled Plating Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced plating processes for next-generation materials like graphene. This role involves overseeing tool installation, acceptance testing, recipe validation, and initial process ramp-up during fab startup activities. The engineer will also define process specifications, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to select and qualify plating systems, and establish robust ramp-to-production protocols. Key responsibilities include managing SPC systems and driving continuous improvement.
