Molex is hiring a Plating Process Engineer in Lincoln, Nebraska to support and improve electroplating processes used to manufacture electrical connector components. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing process data, troubleshooting quality and production issues, conducting process trials and validations, supporting new product introductions, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical guidance and training. A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related technical discipline, plus relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience, is required.
