Description
The Plating Process Engineer will lead end-to-end optimization of nickel and zinc plating lines across multiple locations, including process audits, corrective actions, controls, standard operating procedures, root-cause analysis, statistical process control, bath chemistry, equipment maintenance, yield and cost improvement, and technical training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials field, 5–10+ years of hands-on plating process engineering experience, strong English skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the United States and Mexico.
