Description
STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own and optimize plating, waterjet, and backetch processes in semiconductor manufacturing. The role leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, process recipe and control-plan development, data-driven capability improvement, technology transfers, new-product introductions, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, and EHS. The engineer will also support capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, documentation, and mentorship of junior engineers and technicians.
