Description
The Plating Production Supervisor leads and develops assigned personnel while overseeing safe, efficient, and consistent plating operations. The role manages production planning, workflow, quality, delivery, productivity, scrap, precious-metal utilization, process controls, deviations, continuous improvement, wastewater monitoring, and coordination with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS. It requires 3–5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree or degree in progress in a relevant engineering or production discipline, and experience with personnel management and performance management.
