The Playable Operations Manager will own the day-to-day execution and operational flow of Hermes, a playable ads production team operating in a fast-moving technical, AI-driven environment. The role coordinates task allocation across auditors, HTML5 developers, and production support, maintains production visibility and reporting, removes blockers, aligns stakeholders, supports onboarding, and improves workflows and delivery quality.
