The role involves operational dashboards, incident diagnosis, automation development, reliability improvements, service-level metrics, and collaboration with Live Ops engineering teams. Candidates need programming experience, large-scale infrastructure and Linux/Unix experience, CI/CD knowledge, and distributed systems experience; AWS, incident management, metrics, and physical-device automation experience are preferred.
