Description
The Golf Course Attendant provides professional customer service to members and guests on a golf course, enforces club rules, assists with course etiquette and lost balls, fixes ball marks and divots, maintains course cleanliness and signage, coordinates with other golf operations staff, and handles member or guest complaints. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, with physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds on occasion, and exposure to outdoor conditions.
