Percepta is hiring a player-coach Engineering Manager to grow and manage a small team of Applied AI engineers across a customer engagement. The role combines hands-on engineering with Python and TypeScript, technical decision-making, customer-facing delivery, hiring, and product feedback, while also developing engineers through coaching, pairing, and structured feedback. The position is based in New York with a couple of days per month on site with a customer.
