Playground is hiring a VIP Gaming Host to provide high-quality service on the gaming floor, build relationships with VIP guests, manage guest databases and loyalty programs, monitor betting activity, control costs, and recruit new players. The role requires at least two years of sales or casino experience, bilingual English and French communication, a valid work permit or Canadian residency, Microsoft proficiency, and flexibility for rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation is a base salary of $50,000–$75,000 plus an uncapped quarterly performance bonus, with free food, parking, and advancement opportunities.
