ASML is hiring a PLC Engineer to design, implement, validate, and integrate Siemens PLC-based industrial automation and control systems for EUV lithography platforms. The role involves PLC software and firmware development, system specifications, hardware selection, test-bench and simulation environments, troubleshooting, integration, qualification, documentation, and continuous improvement. It is an on-site position in San Diego, California, with a flexible workplace arrangement of up to two remote days per week, and requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field plus at least five years of PLC-based industrial automation experience.
