Description
The PLC Engineer will own a dedicated subcontract package and solve technical, cost, and schedule problems; develop concepts, software, and online/offline programs using Siemens Sinumerik, TIA Portal, S7, or B&R; perform detailed engineering, calculations, and simulations; define requirements for external providers and internal specialists; commission systems in-house and at international customers; and provide documentation, customer training, and after-sales service. The role requires completed technical training in mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering, or a similar field, several years of PLC programming experience, HMI and Sinumerik/Advanced Operate experience, and willingness to travel internationally for an average of 25%. The gross salary starts at €3,200.00, with potential overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
