Description
The PLC Automation Project Lead will independently lead customer-specific automation projects, manage budgets, scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional and third-party teams, lead and mentor automation programming resources, perform technical reviews, and provide remote commissioning support. The role requires 12–15 years of PLC automation experience in water or power industries, strong Allen Bradley or Schneider PLC/HMI knowledge, control-system documentation skills, and prior large-scale project leadership experience. It is a second-shift position with a cab facility and a Rs.6,000 per month pro-rated second-shift allowance.
